ok cool, so it doesnt involve carrying around lots of heavy boxes or anything?

Not massively so, when you go to sign a rep you take 1 appointment pack which is light plus 20 avon books (not overly light but not too bad lol!) and 1x hello tomor plus pen, diary to put their 2nd appointment in and that's about it, so long as u live somewhere that buses or trains run regularly it wouldn't be a problem :-)
  • Just like I did this morning when I did my first sign up!:j She seems lovely, and she has a tiny baby who is sooooo sweet! I think I chatted too much though. Oh well, that's me all over, at least she's got to know me a bit :rotfl:

    !

Well done on your first one :-) It gets easier every one you do :-) As for chatting too much, don't think you can lol, better you tell them all details and chat to make them feel comfortable, they are more likely to come to you with problems if they like you rather than just quitting so good to chat me thinks!!!

Well done on first order Kat :-)

As for the books the people that weren't home did oyu leave a note or a yellow calling card to tell when you would be back to collect the books of the ones that weren't home and didn't leave the books out??xx

I don't have any calling cards as I am new, I suppose I can order those with my first order, I think I saw them in hello tomorrow.

I received my 2nd order today too! Got a phone call from someone saying they had an order and forgot to leave the book out. Yipee :j

Not yet :( I didn't even hear from the manager that I needed to get hold of about territory. They're supposed to get back to you within 24 hours... like that happens!

There might be someone on here who knows someone, if you don't mind revealing your location. If not, I'll send a reminder for you tomorrow!
  • Kat. I have a couple of notes that I made into a word document, to print off and put through doors when I can't catch people in....first one is

Sorry I missed you today when I called to collect your AVON brochure.
Please leave it outside with or without an order on THURSDAY.
    Thanks,
    Jan 82xxxx

If no joy when I go back for it then I leave this one...

Sorry I missed you today when I called to collect your AVON brochure.
Please call me by 6pm Wednesday if you would like to place an order this time.
    Alternatively, email xxxxxxxxxx@xxxxx
    Thanks,
    Jan - 82xxxx

    No probs.

I'm in Billingham (it's below my username so no secrets there) in Teesside.

I may just apply and wait for the woman to call me
