It is a bit like that, depending on how modern the court is, the judge's chambers is just a room, maybe a table or maybe table and chairs facing the judge .... just like a classroom0 -

This is very true. And there's the straw and camel's back effect .... there are many who worry about money 24/7.
There are plenty of sources of injustice & exploitation in addition to the PPCs but I think most people feel boosted by successfully challenging a PCN. Even more so if all sorts of bustards are grinding them down.0
