This is a very typical case. In Birmingham county court I see so many people totally perplexed. They are like a rabbit in the headlights.0

Only the other day I saw a young lady who had a high end job but she was like jelly waiting for the hearing. Almost as if she was being sent to prison0

Fruitcake has kindly looked at my movements around the car park both in the car and on foot and made comments with case law at each stage. This was a very useful exercise and I have added some more images to my WS (with the Court's permission). It made me realise how important the images are as the entry to the car park has about six random signs (not all parking related) and this has been compared to Shoe Lane by the Claimant.
I would prefer not to be observed.

DJ Bingo does however recall Beachcomber's comment that justice must not only be seen to be done but has to be seen to be believed.0 -
And still the gyms, pubs, shops etc seem more than happy to allow these parasites into their premises, and on their land etc, then hide behind the nothing to do with us charade.
If we started to see the shop/gym/pub etc managers in court facing up to the actions of their agents, then things may be different, especially if a GDPR angle was present that could hit these managers personally in the pocketFrom the Plain Language Commission:
"The BPA has surely become one of the most socially dangerous organisations in the UK"0 -
How about compelling Simon Renshaw Smith to appear in court to answer for all the harm his companies cause? What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

I think that Excel have been dropped from the Keighley car park in question.

You do not have a choice as it's an open court. Only very few types of hearings in the courts are held in camera.0
