It would appear Skipton Building Society have just pulled their 2.65% easy access saver account. Snooze you loose these days!

It's a concern isn't it. I really thought we'd be looking at several 3% accounts by now, not losing the former highest ones. I guess they've collected enough money.n3ophyte said:It would appear Skipton Building Society have just pulled their 2.65% easy access saver account. Snooze you loose these days!2 -
Very annoying although I guess mortgage rates are also down on their peak. I personally have enough room in my 3% accounts that I don’t need more at this level but I also thought rates might be pushing up a bit better than this.Deleted_User said:

Every decent rate gets withdrawn and the instant market stays stalled. Definitely starting to look like time to get regular savers or a fix.0

Aldermore 3.00% Double Access;
Aldermore E. A. 2.75% (launched 11/11, NLA 16/11)
If you click the link, it says they are not accepting applications at this time, but, if you are logged in, it appears to allow you (me) to apply for both - implying these are still available to existing customers?
I can't test this conclusively as I already hold both accounts.

I opened a Skipton EA a couple of days ago and got 2.62% which is still showing as my interest rate in the app, but if I tap to open a new account it is now 2.35%.0

Newbury Existing Member's Account Rate due to go from 2.3% to 3% from 7th December.
Also payment allowance increased from £2,000 to £4,000 between now and 5th April 2023 - although so far that's for this financial year only as the base terms still say £2,000 per year.

That's because the former, issue 1, is NLA. And the latter is issue 2BooJewels said:I opened a Skipton EA a couple of days ago and got 2.62% which is still showing as my interest rate in the app, but if I tap to open a new account it is now 2.35%.0
