Charter is increasing its interest rates on all issues of easy access and notice accounts from 18 November 2022.

Following the recent Bank of England Base Rate increase, the rates on some existing variable savings accounts will increase on 18 November 2022. See below for our latest rates.

Regular Savings Account Issue 9 -> 3.00%
Easy Access Account Issue 51 -> 2.75% (for balances above £1,000)
60 day notice account Issue 39 -> 2.85% (for balances above £1,000)
Demelza children’s savings account Issue 7 -> 3.25% (for balances above £10)

Wonder how long until Virgin do something with their M+ savings a/c offering. They used to be up there but the 2.02% is now looking a bit pants!5

Not caught up on this thread so apologies if been said already but for those wondering it is the Issue 22 with charter that is going upto 2.75% on the 18th November0

So as rates increases look to slow the Guardian suddenly find time to report on Savings -
but as they list average rates not highest available rates, they aren't as good as we still have been able to find.
