As the interest rate has only just gone up should I wait until early next week for bank rates, etc to update and settle before deciding which is the best?

If you have a £1 in then it is still open and you can add up to the maximum of £250K

Regarding the Coventry BS Four Access Saver: 

I think Rudyson means that the account is no longer available to new customers.  Customers that already have the account can continue making deposits into it.

Y not available to new applicants, including existing customers.

YBS have announced they are increasing the rate on their Internet Saver Plus issue 12 on 5/10/22 to:
1.8% below £10k
2% between £10k and £50k
2.05% above £50k

Also they've withdrawn the family saver account, which has now risen by 0.3% for all interest tiers.
