if you look at their archived rates PDF, it looks as though they automatically increase existing issues with the newer rates.

however, I think the only time you should receive 0.05% for this account, would be if you have less than the minimum £1,000 opening balance.

Interest rate for balances of £1,000 or more: 1.51% GROSS (monthly/variable);1.52% AER

Interest rate where the balance falls below the minimum account opening balance: 0.05% Gross/AER (monthly/variable).

if you have more than £1k in the account, then it might be worth getting in touch with Shawbrook; if it's less than £1k, then I think you'll continue to just get 0.05%.

Not Easy Access, but better than the Zopa boosted 95-day rate that is being highlighted on this thread. OakNorth Bank 90 day notice @ 2.02%

They use Google Cloud services which is affected by the heatwave. 
Cooling issues affecting server hardware.

Processed overnight.  Can be the afternoon of the next working day before they arrive at the receiving account.
