    Afaik Chase does not do hard search when opening account.

    Daliah does leave Chase mean log out can’t find a log out button. Thanks for bringing to our notice
    Sorry, don't think they have a log off function. I just close the app when done, and it then requires log in again if you launch the app again.

    No hard search done by Chase. They don't offer overdrafts, so have no reason for doing one.

    Have chatted with both ends and both banks say it could take up to 2 hours if checks are being made
