I've an iPhone 12 mini and have never had an issue with the Chase app; it's fast and works perfectly for me every time. I only use the savings account, as a "pooling" account from which a few direct debits and standing orders get paid.0

I'm mainly there for the current account - cashback, perfect for abroad, and the roundup (though to be fair the 5% on the roundup is now a lot less attractive). Having a linked, instant access, decent-but-not-great-rate saver is useful but not game changing.1

ETA their competition is probably Kroo which is paying 4.35% on the current account, but no cashback.0 -
