Chorley Building Society have launched their Easy Access Saver (2 Withdrawals per year) at 3.70% (min £500 balance).Apply and manage in person, by post or online. Rate drops to 1.60% for the remainder of the account year if you make more than two withdrawals.Interestingly, they use the same application tool as the Harpenden (without the need to sign a form)
