IIRC it's rather 'opt-in' than 'qualify'

Can’t see any option in the app for an existing customer with the 0.20% bonus to opt in to the new higher 0.35%……may be looking in wrong place but guessing as the top up is variable then it will automatically update to 0.35% in the app on Friday.n3ophyte said:soulsaver said:And on the subject of clarity, is there a chance that Tandem will make it clear how you qualify for the 'Top Up'Yes, you ”opt-in” to the extra 0.35% Top up within the Tandem app.

I am an existing customer with Tandem & it's still showing 3.05% with top up on. No option to change/add top up to get 3.20%...any ideas?0

I gave up with Nwide and Marcus a month ago and switched everything to Paragon.cricidmuslibale said:
Worse still, Nationwide have yet to announce any interest rate increases in response to either that Feb B of E base rate increase of 0.5% or even the previous mid Dec B of E base rate rise of 0.5%!jak22 said:YBS still havent announced changes after the Feb 2nd BoE2 -

It seems Nationwide are using their temporary ‘current account 5% cashback on shopping’ offer instead of paying reasonable interest.2010 said:

I have a response from tandem. They have said the interest rate will be updated by close of business today so I should be able to apply the top up then.Bridlington1 said:

I feel totally !!!!!! off when, on transferring my savings from one account to another due to a better rate, the bank puts my payment on hold due to unusual activity and expects me to spend time answering stupid questions on a long phone call. This when the account I am transferring to is one where I have made previous payments into.
When such a hold is made and it delays things over the weekend, the holding bank is still required to pay interest that was applicable from them on the held amount? Wouldn't want their stupidity to cost me three days of interest.
