Does anyone have any ideas for business account savings easy access? Currently stashed in Aldermore at 2.0%. I see Shawrbrook at 2.03%. Why do these accounts lag behind so much I wonder.

A couple of banks worth watching to see if they move soon:
1) Al Rayan haven’t moved this year so far. Getting notification their banking will be down in small hours of Thursday night/Friday morning - rate change incoming at same time???
2) Chip, they claim (see https://www.getchip.uk/savings-accounts/instant-access-account) to react fast to Bank of England rate changes and they haven’t done anything since the 0.5% hike last week. They are moving from the ‘reward’ to ordinary style interest on 11th but maybe after that we are due a rate increase as well.A few more places (eg Chase) have announced rate increases that haven’t taken effect yet, so those lagging behind will start seeing money move out. Would be nice if there was a bit more competition. We had plenty of banks in the 2.8-2.9% range weeks before the 0.5% rate hike, was expecting to see a few up at 3.25% or so at least.2 -
