Have a look over on the Budgeting board, there’s a Kroo thread. Not very busy. They use faster payments like all banks. What will happen if the MSE Massive hits them is anyone’s guess.
I've not had time to phone them. I'm not sure if I want to give a company money that has these issues sending text messages

Setup an account with them & tried doing a test transfer of £2 to it. Took about 2hours!
Doesn't fill me with confidence when it comes to withdrawing.
ThanksIf you believe you can, you will. If you believe you can't, you won't.

Total Debt = £7,400 (0%APR) @ £100pm - Stoozing1 -
They're certainly not as fast as Tandem, but I agree with others 15-20 mins is the usual for Zopa. Don't forget there are two parties to a Faster Payment. It could be the receiving bank was slow to process the incoming FP, not Zopa being slow to send it out.

I've made many deposits into Zopa and all of them are consistently taking 20 mins so nothing to do with your place in a queue in this case.0

Here's one that's may be worth keeping an eye on. Skipton have just launched an easy access Base Rate Tracker Issue 3 account, which pays 0.9% below the BOE base rate for the duration of the term, so currently pays 2.6%.
The account lasts for 24 months and any BOE base rate rises are passed on within 14 days. The minimum deposit is £1 and the account can be opened and managed in branch, online, via the app, by post and over the phone.18
