    I emailed to clarify that the matter had been closed and they replied with a confirmed yes.

    I’ll contact them again in the morning to confirm all that you have told me.

    If they accept it as full and final payment then that's fine. Get it in writing though. If it isn't in writing the court won't accept it and you have a ccj.

    If it's confirmed and sent to the court you are home and dry.

    Email them to ask they inform the court that they are now discontinuing their claim against you as they have accepted your full and final settlement.
