OK so they used paper forms to the DVLA, about two alleged events.
Is this claim for both events?
Have you shown us the Notice to Keepers (I doubt they are POFA worded)?
What sort of car park is this then, a retail park or what, with how long a free stay allowed?
Or did the driver overstay past ticket paid-for time in a PDT machine car park?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

There should only be one event. They are claiming that I overstayed on Friday 12th October. The PCN was created (according to the SAR) on Sunday 14th October 2018
Is this claim for both events?
They have only claimed for 12th October.
Have you shown us the Notice to Keepers (I doubt they are POFA worded)?
I don’t have anything that says Notice to keeper only two letters dated 23/10/2018 and 22/11/2018 that are Parking Charge notice and parking charge notice reminder.
What sort of car park is this then, a retail park or what, with how long a free stay allowed?
It’s a small car park that serves a main road with business on one side and houses on the other. It is only accessed from the residential side. There isn’t any free stay.
Or did the driver overstay past ticket paid-for time in a PDT machine car park?
They say I overstayed by 20 mins that what had been paid for. Yes it was a PDT machine car park (ANPR).0 -
the letters probably wont say NOTICE TO KEEPER (dont be pedantic)
the first postal letter that says it is a PARKING CHARGE NOTICE is your NTK and is treated as such no matter what the header says
the point is , DOES THAT LETTER COMPLY WITH POFA , OR NOT ?0 -
I really wasn’t being pedantic as stated before I’m lost with what all of this means/significance. I just wanted to answer the questions as throughly as I could.
I don’t know if it complies with POFA.
I will go away and do some more research now.0
