I received some of my vouchers but my OH who referred me, didn't get her £50 ones. Is this normal from recent payouts? Shall we be more patient?0

Phone Santander Amazon promotion team, mention the problem and ask them to email you a list of Amazon codes that they have sent to all email addresses that have been used assuming you have checked spam other folders within email account(s)
If there are any codes that you havent received vouchers for claimed before 5th June ask them if vouchers have been issued.
More vouchers are due to be sent out this week.0 -
in case anyone is still interested. received a voucher on the 14th for a 3rd June claim. have a claim in for the 4th and 5th which are still to be paid.0

Hi BLF,
I've recently had to contact those nice people at "Simply Thanks" to have some "missing" Amazon vouchers identified and resent. They have done this very quickly and efficiently.
However, until I read your post, it never occurred to me that the resent vouchers may have been already used by someone else at some point.
I can see that this would be a possibility given that they were sent out by email which never actually arrived at its intended destination.
I'd be interested in knowing if you (or anyone else reading this) has actually received a code which had already been used?
I know that I can check any codes validity by loading it into my Amazon account but I didn't particularly want to do this just yet.0 -
Hi Credit Avenger
Was intended to read as "issued" as opposed to "used"
There was a mass problem during early weeks of the promotion when duplicate voucher codes were issued - many people had same code issued referrer/referred, since then I have tended to apply my vouchers to account soonest.0 -
Can anyone share the phone number of the Santander Amazon team please?0

Most people report that those nice people have been efficient. However Mrs Zanderman has just had to phone them for a third time over a missing voucher for her as a referrer.
The corresponding switcher (me) got his on 22nd May. That's nearly a month, and she's had to ring three times, each time with them saying they'll email the voucher team and get it sent/re-sent. But nothing's happened.
The third call was today - we will see how quick and efficient they are this time....0 -

Those who answer the phone are in my experience very nice albeit as much use as a chocolate teapot, is only when get passed to web developer/someone else that make progress.
I have always phoned Santander 0800 switching number and been transferred, luckily since being emailed list of codes that had been issued within which I spotted the two that hadnt been received, I now email any queries directly to web developer and do receive excellent service.0
