Have you sorted this with this "iiqma quarters". I am a landlord for one of the property and they collecting the rent from the tenant but not passing to me.

The whole business they are running from pay-as-go mobile, and pay-as-go Bank account. Nowebsite, email etc. Difficult to get hold of them .

I am about to take leagal action against them soo, so if you experiens the same, please keep in touch

Even I am a LandLord and used their find a tenant service. The job got done but did not pass the the tenant's first month's rent and deposit amount to me. It has been over 3 months.

I am too pursuing legal action.

Sudha and others, has it been been 8 weeks since you made a formal complaint to them?
please update your views and actions in this thread.

It would be nice to have a conversation on phone we need to get together against fraud agents.

I have not solved this yet, I am currently solving this via the PRS scheme, they said that the agency ignoring them and if agency will not pay the deposit in the next 28 days (till july 4), but as I can see they are not going to refund so I am thinking to go straight to court any time soon. If you want please pm me for details so we can cooperate on this case.

They still haven't returned my £450 holding deposit back to me. I called them and told them I want my money back. I'm furious with them. Its not right. They are stealing peoples money.
