No you are not, you are just making yourself look pathetically petty. The point was that small dogs could fly in the cabin, not whether the max weight was 12 kg or 12 kg less the weight of the carrier (which in my posted link happened to be 078 kg). The exact weight of the dog was never particularly relevant (especially to me as my dog weighs 29kg), it was the principle that small dogs were carried in the cabin, and simply that.

Can you point me in the direction of an airline approved dog carrier that weighs .78 kg about 1.4 lbs?

I'm certainly not aware of any airline that lets 12kg dogs in the cabin. Bending the facts to accommodate your vision..
No wonder youve decided to stop posting now;)

    Who buys this then? https://www.amazon.co.uk/Karlie-Flight-Cabin-Carry-Dogs/dp/B00CZV2LY0

I did find this though, which probably means that there are some airways still doing it:

    https://www.amazon.co.uk/Karlie-Flight-Cabin-Carry-Dogs/dp/B00CZV2LY0
    Currently unavailable.
We don't know when or if this item will be back in stock.
    Or maybe there aren't.
