Guess it will stay flat this March/April?0 -
Marketing with more than one agent doesn't look particularly great. However, if you are stuck in a contract with the first agent, I would definitely find another. They clearly have NO clue how to market a property. All of the advice you've had on here is stuff they should already know. I have no clue what possessed you to choose them.0

Wow I really like your house, I can only agree with what others have said, the fact that the blinds are closed make the room look smaller and darker, not very appealing.0

Yes it definitely sold for £92 in 2006 as that’s when my partner bought the house.0

I live in County Durham and so am relatively familiar with the area.
I hate to say it but I think that 90 would be a bit closer to the mark if I'm honest. My reasoning is that in my locality prices have still not recovered from the mid 00s crash.
Your presentation (for the most part) is pretty good and I would love to be proved wrong about the price point, but as others have said, really need to improve on the ad!0 -

first pic is wrong on every level... a parking permit sign ? not sure what EA was thinking.
Does look very dark and blinds are closed.. in one pic sunlight appeared to be trying to get through
The "must view property" ?? why ???
Price, picture quality , description .. all in all a very poor job by EA
Good question.0 -
Slow time? This is one of the most popular times of the year to sell a house. Febuary/March ranks higher than any other month, people have got christmas out of the way and look to move.
Sorry, after 30 years in the mortgage business, I can tell you exactly the best time of the year to put a property on the market.
It is the weekend prior to the Easter weekend...... why...
The weather is normally better and we have had a good few warmer days, when people will get out and cut the lawn, decorate the outside, and tidy up gardens etc.
Many are hoping for a 3/4 month sale to completion period to move during summer school holidays.
The long Easter weekend give great opportunities for people looking to move to get out and view properties.
After this the best period is August/September as people hope to be in by Christmas.
The property ‘dead’ period is October to February.20 plus years as a mortgage adviser for Halifax (have now retired), and I have pretty much seen it all....:D0 -
