    Got my second debt collectors letter today. The first one said I must pay by the 26/4/19. The new one today says I've failed to pay by the date above an now have until the 17/5/19 if I fail again they will pass my file back to the client and recommend court action.

    Also tried to do the popla appeal after the cut off date but it said the code was invalid.

    If it’s debt collector letters just file them but ignore them, do not respond.

    If it’s a Letter of Claim or real court papers come back on this thread.
