Well done, Scarlett, & congrats on the Co-op account.
Though it's tempting, I wouldn't throw any creditor letters away just yet. You could ring them & give them your BR details (case number, the date of the hearing, the court you appeared in, & the name & address of your OR) over the phone - if any of them ask for a copy of your BR order, you can tell them you have no legal obligation to provide that, as they can verify what you've said with the OR & also check the Insolvency Register online. Then either forward the letters to your OR, or keep them until your BR has been fully sorted out. I kept most of mine until I was discharged, & I won't be getting rid of the rest until all my credit files have been fully updated. I realise that's probably me being rather over-cautious, but I don't want to get rid of anything I might later need.BSC #53 - "Never mistake activity for achievement."
