Small update on this one, the judge awarded me £100 in costs and the lady who won before me was awarded £94. Last week I received a cheque for £94 and so someone clearly messed up at VCS. I suspect she received a cheque for £100.


I don't care about £6, but I do care about making life as annoying as possible for VCS, in retaliation to what they have done to me and many others.



I have since wrote to VCS and told them to send a new cheque by the October 21 deadline or I'd be taking further action. It's now the 22nd and no new cheque has been received. What's the best way to proceed with this please?
