    Anyone else lost access to their symbio meter reading history?
    I've provided 2 meter readings so far, and previously they were both shown.
    But today, I can only see the last meter reading provided, not the full history (ok, only one more reading in my case, but still)

    Anyone else find the meter readings are not actually on their statements?
    Mine only appear to have zero as start and end readings for the period the statement covers, but there is the expected usage. :huh:
    e.g. previous reading - 0.00
    current reading - 0.00
    kWh used - 69.30

    Finally, anyone else get a statement last Monday (02/09) with details of an amount they were seeking this month, only on Tuesday (03/09) to receive another email to say ignore it as it was messed up due to the bank holiday? I was promised they were working on another, correct statement, but not seen anything since. :cool:
    So not paid the supplier anything this month yet. So much for paying in advance.


    Btw, if anyone else has experienced difficulties like me posting meter readings via the online account, (the field just does not accept any entry) I found that if I first write them in say Notepad, I can then copy & paste them into the field.

    Surely you meant 26/08 and 02/09?

    I'm assuming / hoping that the lack of readings history is to do with the sorting out of the billing problem (which was at least admitted promptly); and that the absence of readings from statements is down to waiting for confirmation of the opening reading from the regulatory body

    I give them regular meter reads and today only my last one is shown which was taken on th 31 August. I assume they must have issues with their website.

    Nope.(but there was indeed an error in the dates I originally posted)
    Last Monday was the 2nd, and Tuesday the 3rd of September :)
    (Now corrected it as I originally posted 10/09 :o)

    August Bank Holiday was indeed the 26th of August.

    My bad! What I was meant to correct (but failed!) was your saying you got a statement on Tuesday 10/09, which is tomorrow.

    Historical meter reads still not showing. Same applies with this months bill. Oh well at least I am not in credit.

    Just had the updated advance estimated bill for September. Brought forward paid balance correctly removed, actual readings applied to the 5 day August bill and appropriate usage adjustment made.


    We are up and running :j

    Yes also had the revised bill yesterday.
    Yes it does now include meter readings.
    Yes it does bring forward the paid balance
    I think it's all correct :)
    (which is more than I can say for the UP final bill - see the UP feedback thread for more details on that)

    ... but Symbio billing is so damn complicated, I can't be 100% sure just yet. I can't see anything glaringly wrong, but...
    Looks like I'm going to have to get a spreadsheet of my own going to be on the safe side, but worth a little effort for the savings I'm enjoying :money:
