    What has having their smart meter a month ago got anything to do with getting your refund, final bill.
    Get a complaint in ASAP, so you can then count the clock down for contacting the ombudsman to get your money back.....if they're still here by then.
    Hi.  He said I didn't give a meter reading.  But I gave this to Logicor - the new company.  I said you have put in a smart meter so why do I have to give a reading and take a photograph.  Thats what I was meaning.  Its all too involved.

    4 weeks after leaving Symbio I still have not got the final bill. I drafted a complaint letter and wonder whether to send it now or after the 6 week OFGEM deadline

    After moving house, I've had my final bill for over 6 weeks now but they keep promising my credit balance + £60 compensation but never refund it so send the letter now

    Sounds like OFGEM have finally stopped them taking new customers

    Symbio became a DCC User on 25 March 2020


  • Symbio have informed me my current variable tariff will be ditched at the end of this month and will move me onto another variable tariff £200pa dearer than my current tariff.

    What are your opinions on if I should stick with them or move to a Neon Reef 12-month fix that'll be £285pa more expensive than my current Symbio tariff, and also benefit from a £50 referral?

    I would say the complaint goes in on 6 weeks and 1 day for not producing

    Then a seperate complaint goes in 20 days later if they haven't paid both lots of compensation for missing the 6 weeks

    BBC said 4 more suppliers could go bust next week. I guess my final bill would take much longer to produce and i can kiss goodbye to any compensation now.
