    Yes, I'm in the same situation.  SMETS2 meter fitted 30th June but still says "Not Commissioned".  I've tried emailing Symbio, but no response.  Like you, I'm unable to enter new readings due to them being lower than old meter.

    I've now had two estimated bills that are more than double the amount actually used.  It is Symbio, so I'm not too surprised at that.  I've been with them sometime now, so am used to their "unique" billing.  I'm on a fix until Feb 22 at 12.6p, so not too worried at the moment.

    Same for me too. SMETS2 meter fitted 27th August. The meter displays Symbio as the supplier and the tariff info is correct. 

    I called them, amazed I got through, they said they couldn't read it remotely just yet and would keep trying but for now to submit manual readings. Of course I can't because the reading is lower than the previous one. They also said a final bill for the old meter would be produced...we'll see...

    What an absolutely atrocious company these charlatans are. I've now had an open complaint since March and haven't paid them since April as they haven't reinstated my DD. Haven't had a bill for August or September, and can't access my online account as I'm not willing to accept their new T&Cs.

    Can't wait for them to be shut down, as I'm fairly sure is on the horizon now.

    I have a feeling they'll be gone by the end of the week if they are forced to pay the £450K FIT payment and can't. Nobody has been refunded for the last few weeks now. Numerous excuses have been offered such as changing banks and moving premises.

    We got an email 5 days ago saying Symbio were sending a refund as a result of producing our final bill a few weeks ago. Need to check its arrived but they are processing refunds

    Yikes. a £1.9 million charge to a software developer?

    Their website and app is truly awful. Surely they didn't pay £1.9 million for that? That said, looks like Enigmasoft only do malware software - so are they paying £1.9 million to protect their PCs?!

    Ah - our email came from Gocardless (the firm they just to process payments) and the payment has indeed arrived in the relevant bank account

    does yours say Symbio?
    I cant see anywhere that has supplier listed but the display screen seems to have correct unit price (but not the standing charge)

    my meter was fitted 14th July and estimated bills since (no final bill for old meter yet even though i did manage to submit a manual reading the morning of the meter swap) we have an electric car so want to make sure we are paying enough (although that doesnt sound like its a real risk reading these posts)

    sent formal complaint to email address lastnight, no response so far....im not holding my breath but then onwards to ombudsman and add to their money woes
