Three months in now: They have been OK. I have been billed each month, corresponding payments taken, no issues.

Their billing system is unnecessarily complex with the reconciling method they use but does seem to work out over all.
Not top draw service wise but that's the compromise for low prices.

Couldn't agree more Mark. I'm happy with the prices however they arrive at them. Hopefully I won't have issues with them as customer service hasn't been the best though it is improving

Try zog for gas only. They are very competitive. That's who I'm with

Zog works out £62 per annum dearer for my personal use case unfortunately. I'll stick with Utility Point for now until something better comes along.

I'm with Utility point and very pleased with them for my gas. Also the refer a friend is brilliant. I have added to my account about £150 in referrals.

I was with ZOG a few years and found them for me very competitive. However things move on.

Indeed they do mable and come contract renewal I will be looking around. But until April 2020 I'm on a fixed contract with zog that is unbeatable at moment. It's a 24 month contract and prices have gone up since I signed up. That said when I do a comparison zog still appears to be my cheapest gas only provider albeit around £40 a year more than I'm paying now

I thought all was going well with my new Symbio contract until today. I had access to my online account to submit meter readings etc. Now online access is refused with the message that my account does not exist. Anyone with similar problems?

I'm just switching across but I did get an email yesterday from Symbio saying that there could be systems issues until the end of August and to please bear with them.

the text from the email says
Once you are registered, you will be able to use our on-line customer portal to submit meter reads and view your bills. We are in the process of updating all our systems, so please bear with us if there are system glitches until the end of August 2019.

I'm quite happy with everything symbio apart from the customer services and website issues. Having said that I've just logged in and given them my end of month meter reading successfully. If they got their act together on the customer services side they would be a wonderful company to be a customer of

I give them a read every day and photo of meter about 7 times a month and they still have to send a revised bill because of errors on the original one.
