How do I download my Symbio .pdf ills please?  I like to keep a digital record of utility bills and although I can "view" my bills, I can't see to download them.  Symbio have now acheived really poor ratings for their customer service across the board but are happily pushing for new business.  (Wish I'd stayed with Outfox and paid slightly more).
wish i'd stayed with Symbio after Outfox put their standing charge up 97.6%

As usual received an email advising  payment to be taken for October but have never received the bill. At least their estimates are a great improvement. I suppose you can't have everything.

You actually get the bills sent to you by Email every month for downloading if you wish.

I just keep all the Emails in a separate folder marked Symbio

Just received my bill for £-0.02 due to their silly estimates catching up with them again. Never had one this early before. It'll be interesting to see if they fail to take my DD again as they did the previous time I had a negative bill.

We have also just have just received a renewal email from Symbio as we joined around a year ago.
The thing is though we changed our tariff to the  Low, Fair and Green 2020 Variable V2 tariff in April 20 which is due to run until the end of April 2021..

  • We've just had our renewal email.  The cheapest available is showing as the "Low, Fair and Green Variable SE03 v2" which doesn't show on price comparisons but seems to still be the cheapest available for us.

Would think a variable tariff runs until they end it??

Not taking a payment when you're in credit isn’t a failure, it's the right thing to do. They're effectively repaying you the money they borrowed using their ludicrous estimates.

I pay a fixed monthly debit based on my EAC so if they don't take it like they didn't last time my bill was negative they'll be two months out of pocket
