Still no February bill for me. If they don't want my money, I'm fine with that. At least I won't be in credit when they go under.
When they charge customer twice for the same period they must be raking it in. It appears communication for this company is painful.  In my case I am just wasting my time phoning them. You explain carefully the situation and honestly they just do not understand. I have reverted to emails but they just go into a black hole. In the old days well about 10 months ago the service was really good and I even had my own account manager.  I think it may because they are ONE of the cheapest they are inundated with applications and just do not have the infrastructure to cope with it.   If the situation continues I can see OFGEM stopping them from taking on new customers until they get their house in order.

Well if they don't sort their smart meter problem out to ofgems satisfaction they will be prohibited from taking on new customers anyway. To be fair that also applies to green energy alongside a few others but I'm confident green have the issue in hand. Not so confident symbio have

Like you I keep a record of. all my readings and have proof of payment. So perhaps the thing to do is just sit back and let them do what they have to and even if the matter went to the county court they would look very foolish.  However I have paid for this month estimated usage and have disputed the outstanding amount.

I had thought about cancelling my transfer to Green and see what happens. However we are talking about £27.00 outstanding now and £25.00 exit fee with this lot and I honestly cannot see them improving so I have to move on for my own sanity.

I see outfox were given until today to cough up feed in tariff payments or have their licence revoked
    Wonder if they've paid up

They have them 24 hours to pay up £602,930.63. Seems they have teeth after all
I think OFTM have given the proverbial 2 fingers to Ofgem

"Outfox the Market has told Ofgem that it will not make its upcoming FIT payment by 12 February 2020 for Year 10, Quarter 3 of the scheme. "

    Also, from Ofgem:

"This provisional order will cease to have effect on 11 May 2020 unless confirmed by the Authority on or before that date."

So I guess not a lot will happen until at least then

Seems that they paid the £602k+ today!!
