Ok twink asked me to post a pic of her all in one fruitcake that she made last night:D
she will be along later to say how she did it:D0 -
i tried the cake in a 7inch wide and 3 inch deep tin, you need to start testing for readiness after 2 hours, mine is a bit more brown than should be as i was watching paul ogrady and left it in a bit too long but still tastes good, i didnt have walnuts or orange rind so left them out0

I cover my fruit cakes and any long cook cake with foil once the top looks cooked. It stops the top from burning.
Wouldn't of helped if you were watching the television and not the cake though.£2 Coins Savings Club 2012 is £4.............................NCFC member No: 00005.........

I have just reserved this at my library so shall await with abated breath for them to get it in. I have seen it for £11.00, and have hinted to OH that I would love it for Christmas. I love anything done by Hugh, and the fact this is done by his mother I can't wait to read it.Mortgage Free as of 20.9.17Declutter challenge 2023, 2024 🏅 🏅⭐️⭐️
