I have added this to the bottom of the letter:
When the vehicle exited the car park, the exit was blocked by an Ambulance reversing up the exit road on an emergency call out. This fact is confirmed by the Ambulance Authority, who have confirmed they had an Ambulance attending an emergency call at the precise time the vehicle was exiting the car park.
Attached are pictures of the two parking tickets and the confirmation from the Ambulance Authority.

They have 1 month to respond to a SAR.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Why do you want to clarify, as the NEWBIES thread already tells you it is?

Stop getting twitchy about wanting to start filling forms in because they said you should.

Many thanks for your swift response.

I have forwarded this to the appeals department and I have gone into their office to see what has been going on.

I can see other cars registered at the time you parked but can’t see your vehicle’s details. I can also see that this vehicle has parked at this site previously and has been registered with no issue.

However your tickets show that you did pay to park and all seems in order.

As such I have cancelled this PCN and everything has been closed down.

Many thanks for your patience on this matter and I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
