I cannot find this guide to court written by bargepole that you will find in post 2 f the sticky thread for NEWBIES.
If you're on a PC, once you've opened the sticky thread, use Ctrl + F and put bargepole in the Find box. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

The NEWBIES is not something you can read quickly. It has 5 main posts so you need to scroll down until you find post 2. The court guide has screenshots of what to expect at each stage of the process, and tells you how to fill in the various forms.
You do NOT fill in the financial data page nor the directions questionnaire from the scammers.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

So sorry, I am getting flustered and panicking over this now.
Do I contact the people who wrote the last letter, explaining the circumstances and that the original parking tickets that covered the period in the car-park are available?
I have a form here with boxes to tick, Box D - dispute the debt, is the one I want to tick. It then says go to section 4, but I do not want to send the original tickets and certainly do not wish to inform them of income & expenditure.
Is it right to e-mail them and send pictures of the tickets along with the confirmation from the Ambulance authority?0 -
Good morning, should I e-mail the company involved in the last letter I received to tell them the situation?
Or inform the original car park people?0 -
Sounds like it's a Letter Before Claim rather than actual court papers. Do not fill in the forms. You might want to look at the NEWBIE section specifically what to do when you receive a LOC/LBC/LBA/LBCCC. IF you receive real court papers from Northampton County Court Business Centre, do not ignore them but look up MCOL and how to do Acceptance of Service (AOS).0

While you follow the above advice ...
one of the things that could have been done is complain to PALS ...
so do it now, be firm but polite .... if they say no then tell them you will escalate it ...

Stop worrying and calm down. IMO, if this goes to court, where it belongs, you have a very good case. You may even be able to turn it to you advantage if you grasp the nettle and go down the unreasonable behaviour costs route. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
Thank you Ralph-y, but this has nothing to do with the Hospital, it is a multi-storey car-park in the Town, just near to the Hospital.
Thank you The Deep - yes I know I should calm down, but when you are not used to any of this and never had dealings with any Court or Debt Collectors in my life, I am worried.
I appreciate the advice given by everyone, I just need to know what is best for my next step - just await another letter or send an e-mail to the 'Legal Recoveries' company to explain the situation - that TWO tickets were purchased and did not overstay the welcome - except for the 5 minutes between the first ticket and the second ticket. The vehicle left the car-park 20 minutes before the 2nd ticket's expiry time. It seems possible that they have note realised a second ticket was purchased. The tickets do have the vehicle registration number printed on them. Thank you - deep breaths0 -
In your first post you said you have received a Letter of Claim (LoC). As already advised, you need to read the guide to court by bargepole that you will find in post 2 of the NEWBIES.
This is a step by step guide from LoC to the court appearance, with guidance on what forms to fill in and what to put in those forms.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.
