I finally received a reply from Rishi Sunak yesterday via my MP, he said he had sympathy for my case, suggested writing to BPA and IPC...more importantly the Bill by Sir Greg Knight is now at the 3rd Stage:
https://services.parliament.uk/bills/2017-19/parkingcodeofpractice.html
The 3rd reading is on the 4th March.
I'm about to cobble together my defence, now that I have the response from Rishi. Vicki Ford my MP has been very supportive.
Would it be ok to post my defence here ...for comments ?
I'll be using a number of docs from the sticky threads plus parts of this....

Interestingly he asked the courts for costs and it seems got them.
Thanks for you help/support
Best wishes

That Parking Eye case is well known but don't get confused.
Mr Bowen is a barrister and probably PE had already lost before they entered the court.
In the picking order, a barrister has clout over a county court judge. Bowen was awarded £1500 but Joe Public are more restricted to £95 ..... fair ? of course not
Mr Rishi Sunak is of concern quoting to contact the BPA and IPC who are two different organisations. This really leads me to believe that Mr Sundak does not understand ????
Your MP should have known this.
Yes, post your defence here but do NOT include personal information0 -

Actually, it's 3. Seemingly not following the forum's requirement of 1 thread per case. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Dear All....
I submitted the acknowledgement of Service and attached the Response doc, saying I was going to contest the claim.
I just written up x5 pages of my defense, but where do I send it ?
I went back to the moneyclaim site, but it doesn't seem to have anywhere for me to upload my defence doc, just a text box, with a max of 122 lines.... which is not what I was expecting .
Should I send my defense doc by post ?
or
Cut and paste my lovely formatted defense doc into the text box...
Help much appreciated ...BB0 -
And please do not start a new thread every time you dream up a new question.
That's now four threads covering this one issue.0 -

Back to base 1.I just written up x5 pages of my defense, but where do I send it ?
Read the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #2 and model your defence on the bargepole example. That's not much more than 5 paragraphs. We don't want to be asked to read 5 pages worth! Don't even go there - crop it all down.
And please keep everything on one thread. Ask a Board Guide - Crabman, soolin or savvy to merge all your threads. I doubt there'll be further substantive contributions until there's an amalgamation, otherwise we're all going to disappear up the proverbial with misunderstandings and/or comments made out of context. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. Hello... I've sent an email to the forum team and asked them to merge the other threads/topic with this one, or simply delete the other ones ...which are more or less out of date now anyway...
I did try to delete the other posts/topics but it appears I can't ....
Bad housekeeping, yes.

Check one of your other threads and look for a post by KeithP which should tell you by when and where to send your defence.0
