None. KeithP tells everyone what to do, in 1 - 5 of his standard spiel above.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

In other words , you will NOT be using any of those paper forms for this initial stage, it will all be done ON LINE, which is what the OL means in MCOL

AND AS MENTIONED ABOVE, WE DONT SEE THAT YOU HAVE ANY REASON FOR A COUNTER CLAIM

I really think you need to revisit the 'what happens when' section in post #2 of the NEWBIES thread.

Hi Coupon-mad... So if I don't use the N9B form, which form is for my defense ?
But just six minutes earlier you posted:
Hi Keith, that's absolutely fantastic, a really big help, very very clear. I'll file the initial part tomorrow morning... Then start thinking about my defense.
    It obviously wasn't clear enough.

Please be kind enough to suggest any improvements.
  • Ok Gents, I think I've got it now... I'll follow through all the suggestions, instructions tomorrow.... Hopefully not too many daft questions will on...

    Big thanks again everyone... BB

  • Apologies Keith P.... my mind was firmly stuck in the N9B document and the big space left for Defence.... I've expunged that... from my memory/obsession....

Apologies; and ladies.... I get that all the time...I'm a shocker... I do it with pets too... my g/f has a horse and a pony, how often do I get reminded of their gender....daily... Something in my head needs resetting... a stern voice hasn't helped much... I'm at the point of catching myself doing it now, where you have a quite conversation with yourself.... BB
  • Hello Ladies and Gents,

I finally received a reply from Rishi Sunak yesterday via my MP, he said he had sympathy for my case, suggested writing to BPA and IPC...more importantly the Bill by Sir Greg Knight is now at the 3rd Stage:
    https://services.parliament.uk/bills/2017-19/parkingcodeofpractice.html
The 3rd reading is on the 4th March.

I'm about to cobble together my defence, now that I have the response from Rishi. Vicki Ford my MP has been very supportive.

Would it be ok to post my defence here ...for comments ?
I'll be using a number of docs from the sticky threads plus parts of this....
    https://www.theguardian.com/money/2017/aug/26/parking-eye-takes-on-top-barrister-85-fine
Interestingly he asked the courts for costs and it seems got them.

    Thanks for you help/support
    Best wishes
    BB
