Hello all,
So far this week:
Monday: Chicken sandwich with mustard. Boring, but it was Monday afterall
Tuesday: Lunch at a meeting, so I think this counts as it wasn't bought by me?
Today: Much more interesting chicken salad with spinach, sugar snap peas and cucumber.
And Melanzana is right - you can freeze sandwiches !
Very useful little guide here:
xxxx
This takes me to eight lunches not shop-bought so far this month...
PS: Sorry I'm not allowed to post links the site tells me, the guide re freezing sandwiches was on a website called "stay at home mum"
Have a lovely day everyone

Yesterday was really busy and stressful, in the end the only thing I consumed was about four cups of coffee and a biscuit, does a biscuit count as lunch? Hopefully today will be better.Worrying won't stop bad stuff from happening, it just stops you from enjoying the good.0

I'm in London again for work today so I'm buying something again - although I do expense it so it almost doesn't count as eating out haha0
