quick catch up before bed. have been wrapping xmas pressies while watching my DVD - feeling a bit achey from sitting on the floor, so will be in bed before long ready for the next endeavours tomorrow. Thought it would be nicer to start with the up-to-date list though.

Have a tia maria and baileys for me (same glass)
Off to do more window (laptop screen) shopping I think, I haven't a clue what to buy people this year, not much cash and after going a bit daft last year when presents for others included laptops and spa days I just hope they aren't banking on the same type of gifts this year. They were told was a one off.One day I might be more organised...........

Morning All
Pleased to see no one else is up at this ridiculous hour on a Sunday morning!
Want to try and wrap some more presents today and generally tidy up. Had my friend's kids yesterday afternoon and evening so house is like a bombsite. DS wasn't very well yesterday and fell asleep in the afternoon so I'm hoping he will have recovered today.
Need to do some more washing and ironing as well and i still haven't got anything for my Grandad's birthday. I found out yesterday that his sister died on Friday so that will put a bit of a dampner on things. Luckily kids don't really know her that well so they won't realise.
Anyway I'm going to go and do something while every one is still in bed although I'm sure DS will be up before too long. I'm up because he woke me up at 4.30, went back sleep about 5am and then I couldn't so I thought i may as well get up!
Have a good day everyone

No - i was up at 5:30 too Julie. Charlie woke up crying. His nappy had leaked and his teeth were hurting him. His poor little cheeks are red raw. Must have been drooling and then rubbing his face on the wet sheet i reckon.
sorry to hear about your grandad's sister.
Not a lot planned for today really. Need to do the food shop, more washing and ironing, and try and tidy up a bit more during the course of the day. Then the usual wash my hair and make sure i am prepared for school tomorrow. It is the same every week and a bit boring to be honest.
At least charlie has perked up a bit after being dosed up on medicine as there is nothing worse than whinging kids that you can't do anything for.
Almost breakfast time here, and i should get the WM on with the 1st load of the day.

I list up to 150 things at a time.. split over a few days usually.. so I don't have too many finishing at the same time.. I upload in amounts of 10-15 and do up to 50 in one day.. unless it is a free/half price listing day.
I think the highest number I ever had listed at one time was 170.. and it almost killed me getting them all sent!!
Still looking for tips for packing playmobil!
10 to lunch safter church so working hard this morning.

DS2 broke his glasses so need to leave them in tomorrow to be fixed. He has them hid in his bed

Morning guys
Hope all the sickies are feeling better this morning. I'm up early thanks to my cat who wanted to go out and start a fight with a neighbours cat at 4am  , just been dozing ever since.
Didn't go to bed until the early hours (so I'm cream crackered), me & DS were watching a Lee Evans dvd, We've watched em loads of times but they still make us laugh!!. We are going to see him at the NIA next year and we can't wait. :j I haven't seen him since I was 18 and that was at the Civic Hall in Wolverhampton, so he's come a long way since then.
Lots to do today, I'm back at work tomorrow and I'm absolutley dreading it. It was 4 weeks yesterday since my operation but it feels like 4 months!!
My list for today:-
Washing x 2 (Whites & Towels)
S&S Bathroom

General tidy inc quick vac downstairs
Sort stuff for tomorrow
Bins
Take DS to football (Away Match - its raining here at mo hope it clears up)
Pork already in slow cooker, need to have shower before I can put washer on so best get on with it.

Morning all
Didn't get round to putting the computer on at all yesterday......did the usual dailies and nearly dried a load of washing outside.
Around lunchtime (I was in the middle of cooking) one of my cats came back in. She was only out about 20 minutes. She seemed quite happy, ate some food, played with her toy and then when she got up I found blood everywhere. Up the wall, the window, the back door, pools on the window sill etc. You've never seen so much blood. Couldn't tell where it was coming from to start with, but it turned out to be the end of her tail. Luckily our vet is open all day on Saturday. She has somehow damaged it, only slightly but it bled like a pig! She had a bandage put on and an antiobiotic injection. The bandage stayed on for about 4 hours which I thought was quite impressiveSeems OK today though, hasn't bled again, so as long as she doesn't bash it I think it will be OK. No idea how she did it - the vet said it's usually from getting caught in a door or gate. So that was £55 I wasn't banking on. My fault for saying we were better off this month.
I'm still finding bits of blood today!
Today is a horrible wet day. One load of washing draped round the house. Roast dinner cooking. DH in bed reading paper with two cats and a dog0 -
It's so dark here this morning it still feels like it's 6am! Luckily I wasn't up at that hour. Managed to get my dd's to sleep in until 9am this morning, only by letting them stay up later last night wathcing a dvd in dd1's bedroom. Think that might be the plan for weekends;)
As for flying not sure what I'm going to do today, will find my list from yesterday but know that I only did a s&s of kitchen yesterday was having a lazy day and feel the same way today!DFW no.630!
