Nah, this place is an absolute bargain. But it now before someone else does, and you'll also have enough money left over for this famous London bridge I'm selling. But if bridges aren't your thing, I've got snake oil and magic beans too...

I think people are generally suggesting a rightmove or website link so they can look through the pictures/description to see if there's anything untoward.

Again, you're essentially welcoming people saying:

"if you think that's a bargain, I'll sell you a THREE bedroom flat in Salford for £76k!"
Floors, walls, roofing, driveway and land not included. Property is based in the middle of a radioactive site but no-ones lived long enough to complain about it. Property is leasehold and the lease expires in February 2019.

It's a real chore having to quiz this out of you (unless you think it's such a bargain someone off this forum will snap it up!)
    Know what you don't

I can confirm that someone's getting a great deal out of this sale - the question is whether it's the buyer or the seller.

(actually, my money's on the bank - they nearly always win)

Post the link without the 'www' at the front. You can't post actual links as a newbie...

  • Also, if you are new to house buying, I assume this is your first and only purchase. If so, buy to let opportunities are going to be extremely limited, if not impossible. BTL lenders tend to expect you to already own a property.

Apparently OP doesn't need a BTL mortgage;)
I’ve seen a two bedroom flat that’s close to unis etc on the market for a very attractive price.

As I’m new to house buying and possibly want to buy to let (it’s within my cash buy) what’s the catch? It’s been on the market for a few months
  • Rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-68510071.html I hestitated giving the property as I assume most of you aren’t in Manchester.
