Come back with your findings, but work on the basis that the claim is absolutely for real. Otherwise in complete 'ignore everything mode' you are in danger of a credit trashing CCJ being registered against your name, with 6 years of credit grief.

As I have stated, I have in my possession Fake County Court Documents from BW Legal, as I know them to be fake I will not be contacting either BW Legal or the County Court Business Centre. I will of course be using them as evidence against BW Legal. Hope this helps.

Using them as evidence for what, though?

If you want to try to use them to wriggle out of a debt owed then I don’t think that you’ll have much luck, and I do hope that you aren’t the sort of person who’d do that.

If though you will be suing them, or contacting the police then good for you. Which is it, and will you let the forum know how it goes?

You can only establish they are fake by contacting the court

The Documents I have were not generated by the County Court or by the MCOL system.
The Documents have to be the latest issue and these are not, therefore they are invalid/Fake.
I am not suggesting that all BW Legal documents are Fake, However it only takes a few minutes checking on the Government Website to check whether they are real or not.

It's entirely your prerogative. But a reasonable person would cover all bases, just in case it was the court that made the error!

I am not trying to wriggle out of anything, I object to BW Legal tactics to obtain payment by Bullying and harassment and my evidence is for Trading Standards and the FCA.
