They're at 1.3/5 stars currently. Let's get them down to 1/5.

Yes.
I am having trouble with jokers myself.
I have just discovered to complaints to the financial ombudsman cost companies £550 per complaint, they get the first 50 free per year but charged after that.
PRAC Financial and BW Legal (Rachael Withers director of both companies.
I am determined to ruin them all financially or at least close down the companies.
So I want as many people to go through the complaints procedure and see it through to the ombudsman.
You seem to know your stuff and are already spreading the word but they are not bothered by complaints as we can see but I'm sure they would be bothered if each complaint costs them £550.

I am joining the campaign to rid our society of companies like BW Legal. I have a set of documents in front of me that BW Legal claim were sent to me by the County Court Business Centre in Northampton. I know they are FAKE. I am a retired Civil Servant who spent 30 years using Controlled Documents, County Court forms are Controlled Documents.
BW Legal are sending Fake documents in an attempt to force payment from us and cheat the County Courts of their fees.
County Court Documents can be viewed online on the Government website. If they are not identical to the ones you have received they are Fake.
I have reported my concerns to Trading Standards and will be complaining to FCA as well. I will not be responding to the FAKE COUNTY COURT DOCUMENTS.

If you have proof of fraud then why merely join a campaign; why not take actual action. If a firm has as few scruples as is being suggested here then a campaign is pointless.

A line from Reservoir Dogs comes to mind when reading some of the contributions here; are you going to bark all day little doggie or are you going to bite?
