You should be placed in the LCWRA group of UC, and get the additional UC £328 element.
https://www.turn2us.org.uk/Benefit-guides/Universal-Credit/Additional-Elements-of-Universal-Credit
"...your LCWRA element to be added on. Though there are some instances where it can be added on straight away such as if you were entitled to one of the Employment and Support Allowance components immediately prior to your Universal Credit claim..."
Are you receiving any disability premiums on your ESA?Alice Holt Forest situated some 4 miles south of Farnham forms the most northerly gateway to the South Downs National Park.0 -
Living expenses £73.10
Extra money because of disability income guarantee £16.40
Limited capability for work addition
Extra money because of support group £37.65
Which gives a total income related amount £127.15
That’s what I get says nothing about premiums?0 -
Your UC should be:
Basic (if over 25).........£319 pm
LCWRA element..........£329pm
Equivalent to £149 pw. (Plus housing costs).
Have you thought of applying for PIP?Alice Holt Forest situated some 4 miles south of Farnham forms the most northerly gateway to the South Downs National Park.0 -

It does - look at "prompting" for the Daily Living activities, social engagement, & budgeting.
Planning & following journeys may be appropriate for the Mobility component.
These are good guides:

So do you think if I claim housing benefit when I move into my own place I will just be transferred over to universal credit and receive the LCWRA element straight away without an reassessment but I will just need to wait 5 weeks for my payment0

That’s what is supposed to happen although there can be a delay in they LCWRA element being paid. You can of course be reassessed at any time under both ESA and UC.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.0 -
Well I went for an assessment in September 2018 and I know you can be reassessed anytime just the way I have been getting told is if I put in for universal credit due to housing benefit I will just get my standard rate of £251 and I will need to be reassessed for lcwra element so it’s starting a whole new claim right from the start0

That is not the case, as explained in the posts above.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.0 -
I get it abit more now like I will get transferred over and have to wait like a month or so to get my payment of standard rate and the lcwra element and they might send for me another assessment or they might not0
