You really need to re-read post #2 of the NEWBIES.

There is a list in there of all the things you might consider for evidence.

There is also a section on Skeleton Arguments.

Please re-read that post whenever you have a question.

There is also a section in there about Cost Schedules in there - you will need that too.

You must read the posts, linked from there, by bargepole and Loadsofchildren123 following the heading:

May I also suggest that you pay a visit to peppipoo.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

Thanks read everything - at least 3 days before I need to send in Skeleton arguments - I am just thinking, submitting skeleton arguments gives the claimant an advantage to prepare for the points of arguments that I am going to use and prepare a rebuttal?

You do not have to file a skeleton argument at all. The NEWBIES thread tells you that.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I meant if i wished to submit something that i can rely on during the court hearing, something thought out and written properly so as to ensure I have all my points of arguments laid out properly and expressed correctly as opposed to me panicing in front of the judge.

You can do that anyway, as a personal crib sheet of notes (like a speech).

Evidence should be referred to with a reference number so that when you put together your file folder for court, it can quickly and easily found by the judge, therefore you could, for example for the visitor permit use See Item VP1

Point 3 should say "non-existent" not "no existent"

It is a Witness Statement but at the end you believe that all the facts in this Defence Statement are true

UPDATE: Hello, need your help again.

I submitted the WS within the time frame provided. Today I received a Supplementary Witness statement. It is well past the 14 days required to submit WS.

Please see the new WS attached.

    My thoughts:

    1) They are using previous PCNs given which were not valid to help with this claim

    2) They are using my informal appeal, which they denied as being submitted on time in their initial WS.

    3) They are using pictures from other days to show proof of signage.

    4) They are using my informal appeal letter to say I was the driver because the letter says 'I was visiting my mother'.

Please please provide some thought as I am getting really stressed out here.

    Thank you in advance.
