Court hearing - Gladstones Solicitors - P4Parking

Almost certainly, because no regulated lawyer makes up information to "fill in the gaps" and risks being struck off for misleading the court. This is actually why the issue of rights of audience is important.I expect the rep wasn't even a solicitor either (no right of audience...).
I can't really criticise when I relied on my case (certainly not my witty repartee) to take down my opponent and without challenging RoA.
If every forumite achieved what the o/p has - excluding the bolt-ons even after a loss, we'd be well on the way to harming PPC profitability.0 -
Guys, first time ive been to court, what happens next? Do I wait for a letter from the court/claimant before making the payment?0

The court will advise.
Odd sort of judge though
"So the judge, said will only award £100 and the £25 court fees, and even removed the interest, as the solicitor was being cheeky and wanted to add £50 solicitor fees.
In reality a loser for Gladstones
At least for future reference a court ruled against the fake £60 that Gladstones add on0 -
So, are you going to take this lying down, you do not have to, especially as the judge may have form as an incompetent?
You can complain to this office
https://judicialconduct.judiciary.gov.uk/making-a-complaint/
they will almost certainly side with the judge so you then complain to the Ombudsman, your MP, and the Court Manager. It may well be urinating into the wind, but it will cost them some money, and you never know, it may reach the desk of a fair minded civil servant and not a lawyer with a funny handshake. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -

You should contact Gladstones and pay by card over the phone. Don't wait for the Order, the Courts are very slow at sending these out, and it may arrive after the deadline for payment.
I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.0 -

This is what i was fearing.
So even if the courts send out late, I will be responsible? The Judge just said what he said and we left. I have no written docs about how much to pay. Would Gladstones not contact me?0 -

You mean you went to court without a pen and notepad, and failed to write down what the Judge was saying when he gave judgment?
What were you thinking?
