Just spoke to the court, no sign of their witness statement.

Im in the clear, the fella said if I call up tomorrow afternoon and mine has not arrived.

I am okay to email all my things over to them and meet the deadline woo

Did you send the letter to them, as I advised then? You can wait until tomorrow as thats the actual deadline, but then send it straight in. Point out this disadvantages a Defendant who sees no sight of ANY of the claimants doccs until only 14 days before, and so any less time you have makes this task even harder.

Did Excel also say you were in the clear if you were a day late? I presume you have sent it to Excel as well, as the Court Ordered?

I have not communicated with excel....

I have sent it to excel.... and should be with them tomorrow morning

If I do not receive Excels documents tomorrow, I shall send a letter to the via post regarding your comment.

In case that happens I have sent my proof as address change with my witness statement ( proof that a representative from excel signed for that letter) so they have received info on my address change, so no excuse

Excellent news, My stuff has been delivered to Excel and to the court.

I shall call the court later this afternoon to see if they have received anything from Excel as I still have not

Either way, once 4pm hits they are out of time and have broken the courts Order

Called the court they have advised me to call back Friday as the times they arrive take time to process though the system and can sometimes show on the system 2 days later... but the date of arrival is recorded, I will go home tonight and see if my copy is in the post.

If not I will begin composing a letter to the judge (they said I could email this).

Do you suggest I ask for the evidence/ witness statement of the claimant to be struck out? if it hasn't arrived.
