    They will have discontinued because the car was there for less than 10 minutes.  This is one good thing to come out of OPS v Wilshaw, the Circuit Judge said that the Claimant would not have been able to issue a PCN if she had been there for less than ten minutes.

    That scuppers a LOT of OPS' old cases and people need to stay alert to that as an important defence point for OPS claims, particularly in Sussex.
