Earlier in your thread you were told to search for ABUSE OF PROCESS. You have not mentioned this

Read post #14 on this thread and copy into your defence

Sorry, I have added it on now.

I think you are just missing the usual defence point about no proprietary interest or landowner authority, as seen in almost every defence example.

You cannot put hyper links in a defence and anyway the time for evidence is at the Witness Statement stage.

I was told to copy a paragraph and that was included in it. I will remove the link.

You can embed the text or photo from the link, this saves the court having to search for the link, as if they would!

I have received a letter before claim from Gladstones representing Smart Parking Ltd

Is there an editable reply form on this forum and can anyone offer advice on what to ask Gladstones for?

I parked in a hotel car park, paid my money but entered wrong number. I appealed to POPLA and lost (as expected). I intend to fight this in court if it goes that far!

Thanks in advance for any help forthcoming.

This thread isn't about Smart Parking and your letter won't have come from Gladstones. Who it's come from can be ascertained by checking who the letter is telling you to pay.

    Try Debt Recovery Plus.

Low rent solicitors pimp out their letterheads to any lowlife prepared to pay them £2 a pop.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    Please remove.
That's very polite! I could think of a more direct request. :)

The more OPs did this to protect their own threads, the easier it would be for regulars constantly trying to get the forum into some semblance of order.
