Howver you can inform them that, as they have cancelled the PCN, they no longer have "reasonable cause" to continue to process your data.
You require they cease processing your data within 21 days or explain why they *Cannot*. In the latter case this must be supported with reference to their permission to process under teh DPA2018 and how their processing is justified.
Is it recommended one does it via email reply to their letter or send them an actual letter in the post?
I went through the newbies section in the hope of such letter above but could not find.
thanks0 -

Hi,
I sent the below as suggested and have had no response within the 21 days I stipulated. What is the next course of action?
thanks

You sent precisely what I wrote, even thought clearly thats nonsense if it is coming from you and meant to be addressed to them?
For example it would be
I require YOU cease processing...
Send them a LBA.0 -

I didnt I just pasted the wrong information above, it should read:
I refer to the cancellation of the above PCN and to your letter dated xxxx.
As this is now cancelled I would advise that you no longer have "reasonable cause" to continue to process my data.
I require that you cease processing my data within 21 days or explain why you cannot. In the latter case this must be supported with reference to your permission to process under the DPA2018 and how this processing is justified.0 -
