Home on Market Since July. Advice?

Thanks for the feedback from everyone. We've dropped the price to £330k now, which we feel is more than fair for the house and the location in Kidderminster.
Whilst I understand some of the comments re: the house, having looked at similarly priced houses our house is roughly 20% bigger than most, getting close to over 30% on others. Considering the location too (as mentioned this is a very popular road) we feel this is more than fair.0 -
The voice of practical experience, right here. Did the internet even exist when you last transacted property?Crashy_Time wrote: »True, messing about with presentation isn`t going to change things beyond a certain level, and this house is as well presented as it probably can be for someone browsing the internet?0 -
Have you sold as no longer on the market? An answer isn't spam just because you don't like it......0

Just don`t copy this guy is the best advice.

The original asking prices are laughable, as is the headline which confuses asking price with actual value.0 -

For the avoidance of doubt, OP, CT hasn't bought or sold any property since before the internet was a thing, Their advice should be therefore taken as strictly hypothetical, rather than practical.0 -
I wonder what the reality is?Crashy_Time wrote: »0 -
You mention in first post you don't think it's about price yet you then lower the price.
It's always about the price. With over 30 viewings and no offer that means people are not willing to pay your price for what must have issues in their eyes whether small garden, overlooked etc.0 -
