So that sinks the claim that the EU won't let us control immigration?

    Sounds like it.

Very interesting discussion on Politics Live earlier regarding Labour’s plan to nationalise National Grid. Shareholders would get Govt bonds in exchange for their shares. The best thing about it? It will be compulsory!

So if you have any shares in National Grid, or any other company Corbyn and his militants are planning to nationalise, they'll be taken away from you and in exchange you'll get a gov bond.

Thats adds even more woe to Labour's chance of claiming a GE victory.

That's not the mention the horrific front page of todays Jewish chronicle, pleading with UK voters not to vote Corbyn. PLEADING! This is Britain 2019. Never thought I would see the day Jewish people would be scared for their futures.

Corbyn and the militant left need to be defeated this election.

That doesn’t sound massively different to what happens if you own shares in any company that is taken over. You’d just get a UK government bond rather than cash.

A Corbyn government has low odds.
Top two possibilities are tory majority closely followed by a hung parliament.

I think people should be more concerned about more paralysis than a Corbyn government.

Then we will be in a situation like much of Europe is currently. With an unstable Government unable to undertake normal day to day business.

    Well yes.
My point was that’s far more likely than Corbyn winning a majority,

Like we've been for the last 3.5 years?

I think we're going to be getting hung governments until another referendum sets the Brexit argument one way or another.

It is pretty obvious why [STRIKE]Cummings[/STRIKE] the Tory party attempt to hide Johnson :) Even reported in the Daily Mail.

Boris Johnson sparked Remainer fury today after telling Northern Ireland business leaders that Ulster will 'keep free movement' under his Brexit deal.
The Prime Minister said the divorce accord he has struck with the European Union represented a 'great deal' for the province because free movement would continue and single market access would be maintained.

I’m not part of the government so can’t answer but you would presumably be given the chance to sell for cash before the day just as you would for a standard takeover.
