Or any positive news either.
There hasn't really been much positive news, has there?
For someone who makes such a big deal about voting Remain but wanting to go along with Brexit because of the will of the people, you really put a lot of effort into defending the Brexit you don't want.0 -
I am looking for the light-hearted Brexit board, and thought that as this one had a picture of a cute kitten on it this might be the right one.
Does anyone know what time Brexit will be happening on 31st October, as it's our wedding anniversary on that day and we are wondering whether to celebrate (our anniversary) by going out for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I reckon a full cooked breakfast could be our best bet before the food shortages and devalued currency kick in. Thoughts, anyone? This is a system account and does not represent a real person. I'd go for an early breakfast and then you've got the rest of the day to get dressed up as Jacob Rees-Mogg to scare the kids for Halloween.0 -

Wait for the extension date. Kick the can down the road.0 -

That's clever. I like that (not so much sauerkraut …… just the comment!)This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Breakfast it is, then.
Won't be going out as Jo Swinson or Jacob Rees Mogg, as it is, after all, our wedding anniversary when we sit in the kitchen (back of the house) with the lights off, pretending to be out so that we don't have to deal with small scary looking children demanding money and sweets and people dressed as politicians. Oh wait, the last bit is when we have all the canvassers doing the rounds before elections (never see any candidates and if we did I would actually come out of hiding). This is a system account and does not represent a real person. Since it won't take as long to dress up as her & since Mrs are usually female anyway I'd suggest dressing up as Jo Swinson. Much easier & you can scare the adults as well as the kiddies with visions of painful lingering death by lack of drugs, threats of living under a sheet in the woods because of bankruptcy caused by lost employment, starvation because of no food on the shelves; all this and worse in the future according to remainers.
Jo Swinson isn't scary - she looks like Mary Poppins.
At least Rees-Mogg looks like the child catcher out of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.0
