Read mayonnaise's opinion that I responded to, if you are prepared to swallow that whole I'm sorry for you.

I did. Not only has Boris' advice to the head of state been judged unlawful the Supreme Court were scathing. Don't you think any PM should carefully consider their position in such a circumstance and whether they should resign?

What I'm sorry about is that some immediately try to deflect with the 'but what about Corbyn?' defence or get all giggly about a rebranded UKIP in coalition.

Don't you know the drill by now?
A brexiteer PM should definitely not reconsider their position.
    A remainer PM however....
Don't blame me, I voted Remain.

This supreme court verdict can only delay Brexit in short term. If BoJo can't deliver Brexit, then Farage will.

Both Labour and Conservatives are riddled with fight between remainers and leavers. Politics in this country will never be the same.

Farage? His Brexit party are polling at about 10%

    Questions questions.
Surely given the court's decision, someone(?) must call for a vote of No Confidence as soon as Parliament resits?
One of the interesting options is for Boris to call a vote of no confidence in himself to force a general election. Then he can set the date after 31st October.

    We live in interesting times

Parliamentary sovereignty is the big winner. Brexit is now definitely going to be harder.

We had one. Back in June 2017.
    It post-dated the 2016 referendum and...was legally binding. ;)
The populace elected a hung parliament, which requires compromise. (i.e. a soft brexit)
But as soon as someone says 'soft brexit' the extremists starts bleating betrayal. Hey ho.

Democracy didn't end in 2017, what are you afraid of? ;)

So your solution is to keep making people vote until they give the 'right' answer? ;)

Maybe it just meant that Boris should consider his position?
Stop playing brexit politics for a moment and reflect on this: The Supreme Court has just found a Prime Minister guilty of breaking the law, lying to our head of state, the parliament and the population as a whole.
    He should resign immediately.

The only law that he broke was the one that the Supreme Court just made up.

No, keep voting until we get a parliament that enacts the law of the land and takes us out of the EU. ;)
