Transferring overdraft to 0% credit card

Hi everyone,

I currently have two overdrafts - a student one which is 0% interest, -£2,000, and a normal one which charges interest, currently about -£1,000. My student account becomes a regular one in four months, and I'd like to transfer them both to a 0% credit card. However, whenever I've looked it seems you can only use a 0% balance transfer card to transfer debt from another credit card? Does anyone know how I'd go about transferring my overdraft to one? I know you can as I saw Martin Lewis mention it on This Morning, but can't see how online.
